F.lli Casolaro Hotellerie S.p.A. has acquired a significant market position in recent years, thanks to the quality and variety of products offered and, above all, its policy of placing customer satisfaction at the core of its corporate mission. Today, with a view to continuous improvement and to guarantee the levels of quality and trust achieved with its clients, as well as to enhance its image on an international level, F.lli Casolaro Hotellerie S.p.A. has obtained ISO 9001 certification. The quality policy represents the essential and summary document of the corporate strategy and the organization’s goals, which can be summarized as follows:

The Management renews the appointment of Dr. Sergio Casolaro as its representative, with the following responsibilities:

- ensure that the processes necessary for the QMS are prepared, implemented, and kept up to date;  

- report to the Board of Directors on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement;  

- ensure that the entire organization is aware of customer requirements.
