Plastic tray cm. 17x40 for the production of semi-cold desserts in the shape of a slice of cake (40mm high). The rigid material gives stability for greater precision in preparation and handling during processing.
The plastic bars for semifreddi are easy to fill, even without a tray, and to spread with a spatula to seal. The extraction is easy even with the product not completely frozen and thanks to the acetate it will not be necessary to glaze. The tray of the corresponding size is included in the product.
