The Coravin pouring system allows you to pour your favourite still wines without opening the cork so that they can be preserved and stored for months or even years (up to 3).

How does the Coravin work?
The principle is that a needle pierces the cork and the wine taken out of the bottle is replaced by argon: a pressurised gas (not harmful: inert, odourless, tasteless) that can preserve the wine for a very long time.
Oxygen therefore does not come into contact with the wine, and once the needle is removed, the cork closes naturally and continues to protect the wine
